Come and be part of your local dementia forum or set up one in your local town or village. Currently we have them at Crowborough, Hailsham, Ninfield, Polegate, Uckfield and Wadhurst. The groups provide social and community activities eg Memory Cafes and Afternoon Teas. If you would like more information please call them on 01323 443266 or email them on here.
